Koehler Paper to increase thermal paper prices by 10 - 12% for new orders

Koehler Paper Group, leading manufacturer of thermal paper is increasing prices for its thermal paper product range by 10 - 12% for new orders, effective immediately.
This increase is driven by the global shortage of Leuco dye (ODB-2 color former), resulting in an unprecedented cost increase for this essential chemical used in ther-mal paper production.
In addition to that, pulp prices continue to rise as there are no new capacities to supply the growing global demand.
