If the future is to be successful, it needs to be shaped. For this reason, the international sales meeting of Koehler Greiz in mid-September took place under the motto: “Together in a successful future – Gemeinsam in eine erfolgreiche Zukunft.”
For two days, eleven participants gathered on location, and eight further colleagues from England, the U.S., Brazil, France, and Germany took part online due to the coronavirus pandemic. The objective was to impress all colleagues with the Euler ColorTech products and to launch strategies for “sustainable” success.
Following the remote introduction by Technical Director Dr. Stefan Karrer, Koehler Greiz Managing Director Udo Hollbach provided information about the company and market, the firm’s strategic direction and product developments, and Sales Manager Christoph Braun, Antje Rühling, Suzanne Zschegner, Jacqueline Schröter and Ulrich Mallon from the Euler Sales team spoke about new products and markets. The highlight was EcoBlack – a new variant that meets all demanding requirements for high-quality packaging and bags, complying with the “Blue Angel” ecolabel standards - and it's even carbon-free! The strategic goal in Greiz remains to develop premium products based on 100% recycling.
For the participants, the combination of the actual meeting with online participation was a positive experience. The team praised how the meeting was realized despite the circumstances surrounding the coronavirus and enjoyed a short film specially recorded by Udo Hollbach, which was sent previously to get people in the mood for the meeting. “A great meeting. I am certain we will achieve great things together!” said Bruce Lanquetin from the office in France.
