Koehler Paper Shines a Spotlight on Linerless Solutions at Labelexpo Europe 2025

Koehler Paper will be shining a spotlight on its linerless solutions at this year’s Labelexpo. Linerless labels, which eliminate both offcuts and the need for release liners, are not just a cost-effective label solution, but also an exceptionally sustainable one. Not surprising then that Koehler Paper continues to lead the pack in the industry by offering linerless solutions that use conventional white thermal paper or sustainable Blue4est® Pro thermal paper as a basis.
Linerless labels with zero chemical developers thanks to Blue4est® Pro facestock
Just like Blue4est® POS paper, Blue4est® Pro is guaranteed to be free of chemical developers and can be used on conventional thermal printers without issue. Instead of a heat-based chemical reaction, Blue4est® thermal paper makes use of a purely physical mechanism in order to achieve its printing results. Blue4est®, which is patented and can be immediately recognized thanks to its blue color, is recyclable and is being used by more and more retailers throughout all of Europe. A trend that is expected to continue, as its range of applications has now been expanded to include linerless labels as well.
