Ten employees celebrate their 40th work anniversary and three their 25th work anniversary with the Koehler Group. Top management, managers, and works council all thank the long-term employees.
Koehler Group employees stand out for a number of reasons, one of them being that many of them have an impressive length of service. This is tremendously important for the family business, as long lengths of service are one of the keys to creating extensive and comprehensive know-how. Combine that with the fact that knowledge that can be transferred within a company and provides a solid foundation is becoming increasingly important.
At Koehler, the cornerstone for long lengths of service can be found in extensive job training and continuous advanced development and training opportunities. “Our employees make the difference – they keep expanding their skill set across the years and contribute enormously to the company’s success this way. Needless to say, we find their loyalty and commitment to be absolutely invaluable, so looking at an added total of 475 years with the company is something that fills us with pride. And of course, we look forward to that total growing even more,” says Alexej Dmitrenko, Head of Human Resources. “The best scenario is always when our employees remain with us a long time, help us shape the company’s history, and play a role with their ideas and innovations.”
